The Himalayas are home to some of the most immaculate landscapes, spiritual cultures and pristine valleys in the world. Until a few years back, visitors came to this inspiring region mostly to trek, climb, raft or to see the tigers in the wild. Now mountain biking has gained a strong ground, and this thrilling adventure sport is here to stay.
MOAB Represent Jannoki Sorellag got 15th place Elite Category on his first international race, the “Asian Enduro Series” last April 4-9, 2018. The 2 days race is divided into 8 stages along the trails of Himalayas mountains with the highest point at 2,100m at Nagarkot Hills, Kathmandu, Nepal hosted by GNARLY.
This year’s winning champ was given to National Geographic Adventurer of the year one of asia’s fastest mountain biker Rajesh Magar local rider from team YETI FOX Nepal, while second place went to veteran rider Yorie Sahara from Batik Air Racing Team, with Prachi Thapa Magar from Gravity Nepal taking the third place.
